12. Conditions under which representatives of bidders may attend the opening of bids: The opening of bids may be attended by all interested persons. Only authorized representatives of the bidder can actively participate in the bidding process. Representatives of the bidder are obliged to submit the authorization for representation when opening bids for the procurement in question. The authorization must be registered with the bidder, stamped and signed by the responsible person of the bidder.
